Marshfield Youth Hockey is the youth hockey program of Marshfield and Cohasset. We, as a program, strive to instill a love for the game of hockey in our players AND a strong sense of community in our parents and families. If a child wants to play hockey

MYH/Driscoll Summer Mini Camps

MYH Families,

We are excited to announce that Marshfield Youth Hockey will be partnering with Driscoll Skating & Skills to offer summer mini-camps for our kids. Driscoll Skating & Skills has done a great job with our kids this year on Monday nights and the progress the kids have made from September to March has been exciting to watch.

Registrations are open and on the website. You must be registered for next season to be eligible to register for these.

We will be offering the camps on the following dates below (all ice is at Hobomock): more details to follow including registration links and cost. We know families are planning their summer vacations, camps, etc. and wanted to get these dates on your calendars.  Each mini-camp will be 4 hours of ice over 2 two days. We are going to make sure the curriculum is in line with what the kids have already been taught and build on this. While power skating and edge work remain the foundation, there will be an increased frequency and duration of training focused on stickhandling and passing with movement and specific offensive skating and stickhandling sequences. As a program we are focused on helping hockey players grow their passion for the game of hockey. Immersing the players in a positive hockey-rich environment and teaching them the most critical skills will boost their self-confidence and help them grow their passion for the game.  More importantly we want to make every effort as a program to give our kids the best opportunity to learn and grow and enjoy Marshfield Youth Hockey.
